These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Bali Fortune" (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

The Service provides readings based on the classical Balinese Pawukon calendar, including monthly chapters, personal calendars, and Otonan cycle notifications, as a tool for self-understanding.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 must obtain parental consent before using the Service.

4. Subscription

• Premium features (full Chapters 2–5, monthly chapter, personal calendar, detailed Otonan preparation) are available via a monthly subscription.
• Price: $9.99 / month (US) / ¥1,490 / month (Japan). Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store / Google Play and renew automatically.
• To cancel, please use your platform's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• No free trial is offered.
• Refunds are governed by each platform's policy.

5. Disclaimer on Readings

All readings, calendars, notifications, and other content provided by the Service are intended only as a reflection of self-understanding based on the Pawukon calendar. They do not constitute:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Specific predictions of future events
• A substitute for important life decisions

Please consult appropriate professionals for important decisions. The operator assumes no liability for actions taken based on the Service's content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service (reading text, images, design, source code, Pawukon calculation logic, etc.) is owned by the operator or its rightful owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish content beyond personal use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not, in connection with the Service:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Resell the Service to third parties for commercial purposes
• Cause harm to the operator or other users
• Violate applicable laws
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (e.g. excessive API requests)

8. Service Changes and Suspension

The operator may change or suspend the Service without prior notice. The operator is not liable for any damages resulting from such changes or suspensions.

9. As-Is Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". The operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or safety of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

The operator may change these Terms without prior notice. The amended Terms become effective when posted in the Service or on this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located where the operator resides, as the court of first instance.
